Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Java Software Engineers and Tech Leads with strong expertise in enterprise application development, microservices, distributed systems, and modern cloud-native technologies.

The selected candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering high-quality enterprise applications while following Agile development practices and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance microservices.
- Estimate effort and timelines for assigned tasks.
- Write and execute unit, integration, and automated test cases.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Design and develop REST APIs and web services.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement Kafka-based event-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and production defects.
- Provide accurate and timely status updates on assigned tasks.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Follow organizational processes, policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- For Tech Lead roles, provide technical guidance, conduct design discussions, mentor team members,



and drive technical decisions.
