Role Summary

- The Program Executive will support education, skilling, and engagement initiatives within the Prgrammes department.
- The role involves coordinating programme activities, maintaining documentation, supporting data collection and management, and helping ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- This position also supports learner engagement, enrolment follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and reporting for ongoing programme delivery.
- It is suited to an early-career professional with an interest in education, youth development, and community-based programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect qualitative and quantitative data and support data management for programme activities.
- Support the joining process for new recruits and coordinate visits of potential FLMs.
- Drive enrolment of girls in educational programmes such as Open Schooling, UG, PG, and ITI based on individual development plans.
- Drive enrolment of girls in skilling programmes such as computer and English.
- Track, monitor, and report the progress and results of enrolled students.
- Coordinate and support agencies involved in the delivery of education and skilling programmes.
- Work with Aakriti volunteers on different development sessions.
- Maintain programme documentation, MIS records, and routine reports as required.
- Support planning, coordination,



and follow-up to help meet programme timelines and targets.

Must-Have Skills

- Bachelor's degree with work experience, or a Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Vocational Education, or Rural Development.
- 0-1 year of experience in education, youth development, vocational training, employability programmes, CSR, or NGO-led skilling initiatives.
- Experience working with adolescent girls and young women is preferred.
- Ability to support educational and skilling programmes, including academic support, life skills, digital literacy, career guidance, vocational training, and learner tracking.
- Solid communication, facilitation, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong planning, coordination, organisational, documentation, and MIS/reporting skills.
- Empathetic, proactive, learner-centric, adaptable, and able to support students through academic, personal, and career-related challenges.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience working with volunteers or youth groups.
- Exposure to field coordination and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with programme monitoring, reporting, and outcome tracking.
- Experience supporting community-based education or skilling initiatives.
