Automation Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in equipment development for EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industries

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, including ladder logic or function blocks
- Handson experience with HMI development, alarm handling, recipe management, and manual/auto operation modes
- Proficient in selection, integration, and troubleshooting of sensors, actuators, servo motors, VFDs, and pneumatic systems




- Valuable understanding of electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, safety circuits, and industrial components
- Practical exposure to machine commissioning, debugging, FAT/SAT activities, and onsite troubleshooting
- Familiar with EMS equipment such as PCB handling systems, functional testers, dispensing, and labelling machines
- Basic knowledge of vision systems, barcode/QR scanners, and production traceability concepts
- Awareness of machine safety standards, emergency circuits, and riskassessment practices
- Robust problemsolving ability with focus on shopfloor support, uptime improvement, and process stability
- Effective communication skills for coordination with mechanical, electrical, production, and quality teams
