- Supervised complete forge shop production to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Monitored hot forging operations on friction and servo presses.
- Handled die change, die setting and first-off inspection approval.
- Planned and managed manpower, shifts and shop-floor discipli
- Controlled rejection, productivity and cycle time.
- Coordinated with Quality & Maintenance teams during breakdowns and trials.
- Implemented 5S, Kaizen and TPM activities.
- Ensured strict safety norms and accident-free operations.
- Maintained daily production, rejection and shift report.
