We have an exciting prospect for Process/Plant Maintenance Engineer at our OSD manufacturing Site at Goa

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance:

- Operate, inspect, and maintain OSD machinery such as granulation, coating, compression, blister packing, and bulk packing units.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules as per planner.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Shift Operations:

- Handle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.
- Support predictive and preventive maintenance during shifts.

- Documentation & Compliance:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.

- Team Coordination:

- Coordinate with production and quality teams for maintenance planning.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
