Position: Executive Insurance Recovery
Qualification: MBA in Finance (Required)
Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers welcome)
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred (due to extensive field movement, client visits, and vendor coordination)
Location: Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital & Research Centre
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities
Claims Tracking & Recovery
Documentation & Reconciliation
Dispute Resolution
Field Visits & Meetings
Financial Reporting.
Compliance & Auditing

Key Requirements
Education: MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance.
Skills: Solid understanding of financial principles, proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and strong negotiation skills.

Communication: Explicit oral and written business communication skills in English and local languages.
