Role & responsibilities

1 Preparation of Financial Statements and related reports on monthly basis

2 Preparation of various reports for H.O.Finance team , Central team, Direct tax team and IDT team

3 Audit related work: Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit

4 GST monthly returns and annual return

5 Co-ordinate and communicate with Finance team as well as other departments for day to day functioning.

6 Manage bank and cash related activities.

7 Adhere to statutory compliances

. 8 Manage vendors and customers accounts

9 SAP : manage bills , expenses proposal creation, DMS, payment follow up . 1

0 BDC entries .

11 TDS returns filing, verify monthly TDS returns prepartion.

12 Manage reconciliation of Inter company accounts, debtors and creditors.
