Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in PICU, including newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for critically ill patients.

- Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and update medical records accurately and timely.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce morbidity rates.

- Maintain effective communication with families by providing emotional support and educating them on patient management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience as a Senior Resident or equivalent role in Pediatrics or related field (NICU/PICU).

- Solid educational background in Pediatrics (MS/MD) from a recognized institution.

- Proficiency in English language is essential; knowledge of Tamil language is desirable but not mandatory.
