- - Technymon is seeking an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function at its Dharwad manufacturing facility.
- - Key responsibilities:
- - * Lead recruitment, manpower planning and talent development.
- - * Manage employee relations, industrial relations and shop-floor HR.
- - * Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- - * Oversee payroll, compensation, performance management and HR policies.
- - * Improve employee retention, attendance, productivity and engagement.
- - * Develop HR systems, reporting and workforce cost controls.
- - Candidate profile:
- - * 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in automotive or engineering manufacturing.
- - * At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- - * Solid knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations and plant HR operations.
- - * MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- - * Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
