Job Overview

We are hiring result-oriented Telecollections Executives to join our Recovery team at KreditBee. You will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue EMI, explaining repayment options, and ensuring timely resolution of pending dues while adhering to compliant collection practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound collection calls to overdue customers to remind them of unpaid EMIs and loan balances.
- Educate borrowers on payment modes, penalty impacts, and credit score implications (CIBIL).
- Negotiate payment terms, set up Promises to Pay (PTP), and follow up consistently until resolution.
- Maintain accurate call logs, payment commitments, and dispositions in the internal CRM system.
- Follow strict RBI collection guidelines and maintain qualified etiquette at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education & Experience Graduates (Any discipline) Freshers welcome
- DRA Certified is a perk.

Language Requirements:





- Hindi (Mandatory): Fluent verbal communication skills
