- 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B / Bulk Sales / Institutional Sales
- Experience in Sugar, Commodities, FMCG, Food Ingredients or related industries preferred
- Strong network with bulk sugar buyers, wholesalers, distributors and institutional customers
- Positive knowledge of the respective territory and local market
- Strong negotiation, customer acquisition and relationship management skills
- Should be comfortable with extensive market travel
- Strong focus on sales volume, margins and collections
- Telugu is mandatory for the Andhra position
- Tamil is mandatory for the Tamil Nadu positions
