IT Support Services & Cyber Security Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Managed IT Services & Cyber Security Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cyber-security, VAPT, backup & disaster recovery, and user support for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Managed IT Operations, Remote Support & Onsite IT Support.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure/Cloud services, users, licenses, email and security policies.
- Manage Windows Servers, endpoints, networks, infrastructure, domains and DNS.
- Monitor and manage backup, storage and disaster recovery (DR) operations.
- Support AWS, Oracle ERP, Genesys Cloud and other business applications.
- Perform/coordinate VAPT, Website & Mobile Application Penetration Testing.
- Conduct Cloud Security and Infrastructure Security Assessments.
- Manage Email Security, Endpoint Security,



vulnerability remediation and incident response.
- Support phishing/social engineering simulations, security reporting and re-testing.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, device setup, maintenance and user troubleshooting.
- Handle security incidents, SLA compliance, monitoring, documentation and reporting.
