Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret structural/civil drawings, BOQs and technical documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, architects and consultants.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and overall site utilisation.
- Conduct quality checks for reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry and other civil works.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Take site measurements and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
- Check material quality, quantity, storage and consumption at site.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-level issues in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures,



PPE requirements and site regulations.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, drawings and other project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in civil construction/site execution; freshers can also be considered.
- Valuable knowledge of construction methods, materials and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings and BOQs.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation and billing will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
