We are currently looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Marketing to spearhead the strategy and launch of high-profile Plotted Development Projects in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

- 360-Degree Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute end-to-end marketing, launch, and post-launch strategies specifically tailored for plotted development/land investment projects in the Nagpur market.
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: Work closely with digital and media agencies to drive high-converting lead generation campaigns across digital channels (Meta, Google Ads) and local media outlets.
- ATL & BTL Marketing: Manage Out-of-Home (OOH) media, print ads, site branding, events, and localized Below-The-Line (BTL)



marketing activations to maximize footfalls to the project site.
- Channel Partner Marketing Support: Develop targeted collateral, incentive drives, and event frameworks to enable and activate Channel Partners and broker networks.
- Site Experience & Sales Gallery Setup: Oversee in office branding, customer experience setup, sample plot setups, and sales gallery collateral to drive site-visit conversions.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Onboard and manage creative agencies, digital marketing partners, media buyers, PR firms, and print vendors to ensure timely execution within approved budgets.
- Market Intelligence & ROI Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, land pricing trends, and market sentiment in Nagpur/Vidarbha region, continuously tracking campaign ROI and key conversion metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Core Experience: 10+ of experience in real estate marketing, with proven experience in Plotted Developments / Land Sales / Residential Projects.
- Regional Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nagpur / Vidarbha real estate market landscape and buyer psychology.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in performance marketing oversight, site experience planning, OOH media strategy, and agency management.
- Budget & Revenue Orientation: Demonstrated track record of handling sizable marketing budgets and aligning marketing efforts directly with sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline / MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or Communications preferred.
