Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive - Male

Location: Telebandha, Raipur

Salary: 15,000 + Incentives

Employment Type: Full Time

Gender: Male

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up with potential customers.

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

- Coordinate property/site visits with interested customers.

- Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow-ups.

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain proper records of leads and customer interactions.

- Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth closure.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Robust follow-up and customer-handling ability.

- Good negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented approach.

- Willingness to work in field sales.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer will be an advantage.

- Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
