- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in site quality, quality auditing, or construction QA/QC.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Robust knowledge of civil, finishing, MEP coordination, materials, workmanship, and site execution.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, specifications, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Strong observation, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
