- Achieving Stockiest & Dealer wise Target.
- Identifying weak markets within the stockiest area.
- Monitoring future Prospect (Dealers appointment)
- Tracking Call Cycle based on the potential of Dealers ( A,B &C;)/ project parties and prospects.
- Be updated about Competitors Prices & schemes.
- Be updated about Competitors Marketing activities.
- Doing evaluation of outflow and outcome of schemes floated from time to time.
- Doing evaluation of various fairs which take place in his area at different location so as to develop plans based on the footfall and our business requirement.
- Collecting and evaluating data of Project Parties and following the cycle till the loop is closed .
