Responsibilities

1. Control panel wiring - PLC related experience needed.
2. Wiring and integration of servo motors, stepper motors, VFDs, SMPS, and industrial sensors (proximity, limit switches, encoders, etc.).
3. Execute in office field wiring and commissioning of electrical panels and equipment.
4. Read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and cable schedules.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in control systems, wiring, and components.
6. Coordinate with the design and automation teams to ensure proper system functionality.
7. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and best practices.
8. Design, assemble, and wire PLC-based control panels as per electrical drawings and specifications.
9. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, RS-232, and RS-485.
10. Knowledge of industrial sensors such as Proximity Sensors,



Photoelectric Sensors, Laser Sensors, Pressure Sensors, Flow Sensors, Temperature Sensors, and Vision Systems.
11. Expertise in analog and digital signal wiring (4-20mA, 0-10V, RTD, Thermocouple, Encoder signals, etc.)
12. Knowledge of leak testing systems and industrial automation equipment will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in control panel wiring, PLC systems, and field wiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with servo motors, stepper motors, sensors, and other industrial automation components.
