Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in *HR / Business / Psychology*

- *2-5 years* HR/L&D;/training experience

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Strong HR & employee-development knowledge

- Confident & engaging personality

- Proficiency in *PowerPoint & Excel*

- Robust facilitation & interpersonal skills
