Job Description:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to work with the Axis Bank Banca Channel. The role involves managing relationships with bank partners, generating business through the bank network, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank branch teams.
- Generate leads and business through the banca channel.
- Promote and sell life insurance products to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with bank staff for lead generation and customer conversion.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure good service.

Eligibility:

- Graduate / MBA / BBA preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Banca / Life Insurance / Banking Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-management skills.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
