Job Responsibilities:
- Handle primary and secondary sales targets for assigned territory
- Manage and grow General Trade (GT) network Appoint and manage distributors and key retailers
- Ensure proper market coverage, visibility, and product availability
- Execute sales promotions and schemes effectively
- Track secondary sales, collections, and market feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 5-10 years
Mandatory:
- Experience in General Trade Experience in FMCG Food segment
- Robust knowledge of local markets and distributor handling Good communication and negotiation skills
