Position: Senior Associate/ Senior Representative Operations
Process: Banking & Operations / Insurance/Telecom
Experience: 6 months + experience in International BPO, Customer Support, or related process

Salary- 4.8- 6.5lpa
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience
Shift: Rotational / US / UK Shifts
Work Location: Koramangala/BTM Layout/Mahadevapura/Hebbal
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers and provide qualified customer support.
- Understand customer concerns, queries, and requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle customer queries related to products, services, orders, accounts, and complaints.
- Maintain excellent communication, active listening, empathy, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure effective resolution within defined timelines.
- Handle difficult or irate customers professionally while managing escalations effectively.
- Document customer interactions, resolutions,



and follow-ups accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending issues to ensure timely closure.
- Adhere to SOPs, process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Achieve key performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling international customers over voice calls.
- Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred.
