Management Trainee (GET) Marketing Intelligence & Data Analysis

Reporting To: AGM / Head Marketing

Position Overview
The Management Trainee (Marketing Intelligence & Data Analysis) will support the Marketing Department by collecting, analysing, and interpreting market information to assist business development, strategic planning, and sales growth. The role focuses on identifying market trends, tracking competitors, developing business intelligence reports, and generating actionable insights that support management decisions.
This position offers fresh engineering graduates an opportunity to understand the commercial side of the MEP industry while developing strong analytical, research, and data visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence

- Conduct market research on upcoming projects in wide-ranging geographies and segments
- Track new project announcements across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Data Centres, Infrastructure, and Government sectors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly market intelligence reports.

Competitor Analysis

- Track competitors' project wins, pricing trends, market share, and capabilities.
- Monitor competitor expansion into new regions and sectors.
- Benchmark company performance against key competitors.
- Prepare competitor profiling reports.
- Identify emerging competitors and new market entrants.

Business Data Analysis

- Analyze sales pipeline data.
- Generate dashboards for enquiry status, bid conversion, and order booking.
- Prepare reports on business performance and regional trends.
- Assist in forecasting future business opportunities using historical data.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and performance metrics.

Database Management

- Maintain customer databases.




- Ensure accuracy of marketing information.
- Prepare periodic management dashboards.

Digital & Secondary Research

- Research industry reports and market publications.
- Collect data from government portals, project databases, industry associations, and public sources.
- Monitor competitor websites and media releases.
- Analyze economic indicators affecting construction and MEP markets.

Reporting & Presentation

- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management reviews.
- Develop charts, graphs, and business dashboards.
- Prepare executive summaries for leadership meetings.
- Present findings to the Marketing team.

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
