We are looking for a Supply Chain & Production Coordinator with FMCG experience to manage order coordination, manufacturer follow-ups, supply chain activities, and finished goods management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers and suppliers for production, orders, and deliveries.
- Regularly follow up with manufacturers for production status, dispatches, and timely delivery.
- Track orders from order placement to production, dispatch, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, NPD, and Accounts teams.
- Monitor and maintain Finished Goods (FG), Raw Material (RM), and Packaging Material (PM) inventory.
- Maintain order trackers, inventory records, MIS, and ERP updates.
- Coordinate for samples, COA, MOQ, pack size, rates, and NPD requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for material availability and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate for invoices, documentation, and payment-related follow-ups.
- Identify and develop new vendors/manufacturers.




- Highlight delays, shortages, and supply issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, or Production Coordination.
- Robust follow-up, communication, coordination, and Excel/ERP skills.
- Experience working with FMCG/third-party manufacturers preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.25 - ₹50,575.69 per month
