Job Description – Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive who can identify potential customers, understand their property requirements, present suitable real estate projects, conduct site visits, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage prospective customers through assigned leads and business development activities.
- Understand customers' property requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
- Present and explain project features, specifications, amenities, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective buyers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and other internal teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.




- Stay updated on project developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and lead status.

Requirements

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience: Fresher to Experienced candidates can apply.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused and confident personality.
- Willingness to interact with customers and travel locally for site visits when required.
- Candidates with experience in real estate sales, field sales, business development, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
