Role & responsibilities

Core Skills

• Strong experience in data modeling:

- Conceptual, Logical, and Physical models
- Relational and Dimensional modeling (Star / Snowflake schemas)
- Exposure to NoSQL modeling patterns

• Hands-on experience with:

- Data warehouses, data marts, ODS, and data lakes
- SQL-based platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, etc.)

• Robust understanding of:

- Data integration patterns
- ETL / ELT concepts
- Analytics and BI consumption requirements

• Experience with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, Erwin, or equivalent.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and data design roles.

• Experience working in enterprise-scale, multi-team data environments.

• Prior experience in energy, oil & gas, utilities, or large industrial domains is a

strong plus.

• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure / AWS / Snowflake / Databricks)

preferred.

Education





• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,

Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement articulation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global delivery models.

• Consulting mindset with focus on quality, standards, and reusability.

• Comfortable working in highvisibility, clientfacing engagements.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
