Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer with 9+ years of expertise in embedded systems and firmware development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, and optimizing firmware for embedded products, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller and processor-based systems.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into firmware architecture and design.
- Develop device drivers, middleware, bootloaders, BSPs, and application firmware.
- Support board bring-up, debugging, and validation activities.
- Perform firmware integration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Involve in New Product/New feature firmware development
- Document software-based designs and algorithms for both developers and customers
- Create, develop and evaluate technical documentation for the existing and new projects
- Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.




- 9+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
- Robust proficiency in C and C++.
- Experience with RTOS and/or Embedded Linux.
- Expertise in debugging using JTAG, GDB, Trace analysis, kernel debugging, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
