Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with 8-12 years of experience to join our team and drive ERP integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O;, Business Central, or CE, as applicable) to meet business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects, connecting Dynamics 365 with third-party applications, external systems, and internal platforms.
- Build and maintain integrations using tools such as Dynamics 365 Data Management Framework, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and custom APIs.
- Develop and configure business logic using X++ (for F&O;) or AL (for Business Central), along with plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Handle data migration, data mapping, and transformation between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Design and implement RESTful/OData APIs, and work with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) as needed.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration and performance issues.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, security standards, and performance optimization guidelines.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations and customizations.

Requirements

- 8-12 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (Finance & Operations, Business Central, and/or Customer Engagement).




- Robust hands-on experience with ERP integration projects, connecting Dynamics 365 to external systems (CRM, e-commerce platforms, banking systems, third-party ERPs, etc.).
- Proficiency in X++ (F&O;) and/or AL/C# extensions (Business Central), and/or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for CE.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data entities, and the Data Management Framework.
- Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management).
- Strong knowledge of REST/OData APIs, SOAP, and web services.
- Experience with SQL Server and data modeling.
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2, Azure AD).
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 modules relevant to the business (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, or Customer Service).
- Experience with version control (Azure DevOps/Git) and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Prior experience leading integration workstreams or mentoring junior developers.

Good to Have

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-500, MB-700, or related).
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Node.js-based or other custom middleware applications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.
