- QA/Testing fundamentals:

- STLC, test design techniques, UAT coordination, defect lifecycle, RCA
- Defining explicit acceptance criteria and ensuring story/test traceability
- Requirements engineering: user stories, use cases, BRD/FRD; prioritization (MoSCoW/WSJF).
- Process modeling: BPMN/UML, swimlanes, sequence and activity diagrams; wireframes (nice-to-have).
- Data and integration:
- SQL for validation; API basics (REST/JSON), Postman/Swagger; data mapping.

- Communication and facilitation: workshops, demos, backlog grooming, stakeholder management.
- Analytical/problem-solving mindset; attention to detail and outcome orientation.
