What You’ll Do

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare claims.
- Contact insurance companies regarding outstanding and unpaid claims.
- Analyze claim status, denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Perform effective payer follow-ups and resolve claim-related issues.
- Work on CMS-1500 and/or UB-04 claims.
- Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and payer responses.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of AR Calling experience is mandatory.




- Experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing.
- Candidates with CMS-1500 or UB-04 billing/claims experience are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare insurance and claims processes.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Candidates willing to work from office in Chennai.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
