Must Have • 4+ years of relevant work experience with Oracle Planning • Strong Hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS or PCMCS and its features • Experience in EPBCS OOB Modules, Custom and Reporting cubes • Proven track record implementing solutions across EPM Suite projects • Deep expertise in Business Rules, Forms, Dashboards, Data Integration, Metadata Management and MDX calculations • Proficient in managing user provisioning and security setup in Shared Services • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with both business and IT-focused clients Positive to Have: • Basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Knowledge in prototyping, solution enhancement, and performance optimization • Proficient with EPM Automate, Batch/Shell operations, and Groovy scripting • Exposure to ODI, EDMCS, EPRCS or alternative third-party reporting solutions Education: BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university
