Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and administrators to design and configure solutions.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions.
- Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
- Support testing efforts including UAT coordination and validation.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
- Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and release notes.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
