- Experience working with SIEM tools such as Splunk Enterprise Security, Microsoft Sentinel, or similar.
- Experience in EDR tools like CrowdStrike Falcon or SentinelOne.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Firewall).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (Malware, Phishing, MITRE ATT&CK;).
- Experience in ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
