Role & responsibilities
- Qualified with Service Now hands on experience in Integration with Java Scripting and Flow designing.
- Mandatory Certification:- CSA ( If expired then it shall be renewed and applied ).
- Preferred Certification :- Certified Implementation Specialist ( Vulnerability Response ), Certified Implementation Specialist (SIR) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Customizing Integration tools for Integration can be Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, or SCCM but not limited to these, open for similar tool exp.
- Security Operations and/or Vulnerability Response implementation experience is Mandate
- API Integration.
- Major Key skills to look for in screening call- SNOW VR, VR Management, Security operations, Development, Implementation, Remediation workflow, risk scoring.
- Cloud Integration or Application Integration, both are relevant.
