Responsibilities

- Understanding and staying informed of the changes with procedures and SMF (reference data) guidelines
- Good knowledge of Derivative products and its lifecycle
- The internal clients are typically in remote locations, so telephone and e-mail skills are essential
- Participating in regular operations governance and ensure accurate and timely Management Information mechanism
- Tracking BAU SLAs, Team Risk Management and audit requirements
- Managing Clients Escalations (Internal and External)
- Spearhead transformation and productivity initiatives in the domain with focus to add value to the customer
- Monitor workflow and plan resources in line with the operations requirement
- Working experience of Bloomberg and Thompson Reuters

Requirements

- Over 8-10 years prior experience in Ref Data




- Robust verbal & written communication skills
- The internal clients are typically in remote locations, so telephone & e-mail skills are essential
- Experience in managing international Clients
- Knowledge of Golden Source application
- Experience in providing process improvement ideas
- Experience is capital Market and Security setup
