- Develop and optimize machining processes for Turning and Turnmill operations in aerospace component manufacturing.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and aerospace standards to define process requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for precision aerospace parts.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other aerospace quality management systems.
- Conduct time studies, cycle time reduction, and process capability analysis.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and provide corrective actions.
- Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Support current product introduction and ensure manufacturability of aerospace components.
