Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with a robust background in Flask, Django, React.js, and AWS cloud services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Flask, and Django.

- Build dynamic frontend interfaces using React.js with Redux or similar state management tools.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Work closely with DevOps to deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices (PEP8, DRY, SOLID).

- Optimize application performance and ensure security and data protection.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot, debug,



and upgrade existing software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Flask, and Django.

- Solid frontend development experience using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

- Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.

- Knowledge of containerization using Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or asynchronous programming.

- Familiarity with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.

- Exposure to test automation frameworks like PyTest, Selenium, or Cypress.

- Experience working in microservices-based architecture.
