Job Title: Senior Microsoft Intune Administrator (L3/L4)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Intune Administrator to join our global engineering team. This is an L3/L4 level role with strong focus on endpoint management, automation, and architecture across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments (L3 level)
- Drive automation initiatives across endpoint management systems
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Design and implement Group Policies (GPO) and endpoint configurations
- Develop and enhance automation scripts using PowerShell and Python
- Work on Graph API integrations for automation and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI preferred) for monitoring and reporting
- Ensure secure and compliant device management across environments
- Collaborate with global teams for architecture and engineering improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid hands-on experience in:
- Microsoft Intune
- SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager)
- Group Policy Management (GPO)
- Experience in L3 level troubleshooting and support
- Strong expertise in automation (PowerShell mandatory)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- SQL
- Python
- Power BI dashboards
- Experience in endpoint management engineering and development exposure
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global/enterprise environments
- Exposure to architecture-level responsibilities (L4)
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
