Job Summary
Urban Company is looking for an experienced Lead Training Manager – Cleaning Category to lead training and capability-building initiatives for service professionals across designated cities. The role will focus on improving service quality, SOP adherence, customer experience, and trainer effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end training programs for home cleaning service professionals across assigned cities.
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve training content, SOPs, modules, and learning interventions.
- Conduct hands-on technical and behavioral training to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Identify service-quality gaps and implement targeted training and capability-building interventions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor 10–12 city-level trainers, driving their performance and capability development.
- Monitor training effectiveness through defined metrics, assessments, feedback, and service-quality outcomes.
- Partner with Operations, Category, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards, business requirements, and customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in training methodologies for blue-collar/service professionals.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in training & development,



hospitality, facility management, and home services.

Education

- Experience managing teams of trainers or frontline/service professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs for blue-collar/frontline workforce.
