Job Description:

We are hiring a Transport Executive / Coordinator to manage end-to-end employee transportation operations. The candidate should have strong experience in transport management, vendor coordination, and handling night shift operations efficiently.

Job Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: EST Time Zone (Night Shift)

Availability: Immediate Joiners / Max 15 Days Notice Period

Cab Facility: Available

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate daily employee transportation (cabs, vendors)
- Monitor routes, schedules, and driver performance for timely operations
- Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure safety & compliance
- Handle employee escalations and ensure smooth transport operations
- Supervise drivers and manage duty rosters




- Maintain MIS reports, billing, and transport documentation
- Ensure cost control and adherence to budgets
- Work closely with admin and security teams for protected employee movement

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Male candidates only
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days
- 2 to 6 years of experience in transport/administration/logistics
- Strong communication and vendor management skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts (EST time zone)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
