Role & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, build, and configure applications based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver effective solutions.

- Develop and maintain application features using Java.

- Utilize Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above) to communicate with stakeholders, clients, or documentation when required.

- Participate in team discussions and contribute technical solutions to project challenges.

- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to development standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to improve system performance.

- Assist in documentation of application workflows, processes, and technical specifications.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.





Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above).

- Hands-on experience in Java development and application development projects.

- Strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in team environments.

- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.

- Bachelors degree with minimum 15 years of full time education.

- Willingness to work from Bengaluru location.
