Role & responsibilities
Qualifications
- 36+ years’ experience with ServiceNow CMDB and service modeling (or equivalent CMDB platforms with robust ServiceNow exposure preferred).
- Hands-on experience applying CSDM concepts and translating them into practical implementation patterns.
- Strong understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, and governance in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with CMDB data quality remediation and KPI-driven improvements.
Skills:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITSM, CMDB-related micro-certs).
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, or similar dependency-mapping approaches.
- Experience with integrations (HR, asset, monitoring tools) feeding CMDB; reconciliation and normalization familiarity.
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and how CMDB supports Incident/Problem/Change.
