Key Skills:
- 36+ years’ experience with ServiceNow CMDB and service modeling (or equivalent CMDB platforms with strong ServiceNow exposure preferred).
- Hands-on experience applying CSDM concepts and translating them into practical implementation patterns.
- Strong understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, and governance in an enterprise workplace.
