Qualifications Required

- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree + 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Must-Haves (Core Skills):
- Applied knowledge in designing, developing, and configuring SAP BW at Release Level 7.0 or higher for implementation and maintenance.
- Expertise in BW technical concepts: Replication from SAP ECC/CRM/SRM, setting up load chains, query development. Familiarity with user interfaces (GUI, Bex Browser, WebEx) and BW-specific features.
- Ability to debug programs and identify root causes of issues.
- Robust communication skills: Explain technical concepts non-technically to key users, gather requirements, and propose/implement reporting solutions.
- Good SAP process knowledge, especially in controlling departments or service industry environments.
- Understanding of BI authorization implications and user management concepts.
- Commitment to quality, thoroughness, and proactive problem-solving.

- Good-to-Haves (Nice-to-Have Skills):

- Experience or willingness to learn BW-related tools like BO (Webi and Dashboard Builder), BPC (NetWeaver Edition), and HANA for budgeting, planning, and reporting.
