Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role will provide hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support the team in preparing job postings and managing recruitment activities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with recruitment reports and other HR-related activities as required.





Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Prior internship or recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
