- Experience in both ServiceNow Development and Administration
- Experience working in Agile / SDLC environments

- ITBM / SPM (Project, Demand, Resource, Financial Management)

Technical & Development Skills

- Solid JavaScript and Glide scripting
- Hands-on experience with:
- Client Scripts
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- UI Policies & UI Actions
- ACLs

- Service Portal development (widgets, pages, theming)
- UI Builder & Workspace configuration
- REST & SOAP integrations
- HTML & CSS customization

Platform & Methodologies

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration
- Experience with SDLC
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams

Certifications (Mandatory)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Nice to Have (Optional)

- Domain Separation
- ServiceNow upgrades experience
- Exposure to ITOM or HRSD
