Job Summary

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst with strong experience in dashboard development and reporting automation.

The role focuses on designing insightful dashboards, automating reports, and enabling data-driven decision-making using advanced BI and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau

- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Analyze business data and convert it into actionable insights

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization

- Create and maintain documentation for dashboards and automated reports

Mandatory Skills

- Advanced Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)

- Tableau Dashboard Development

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros/VBA preferred)

Positive to Have

- Experience in reporting automation

- Basic knowledge of SQL or data sources

- Strong analytical and communication skills
