Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely resolution of escalations and issues.
- Oversee enterprise accounts, including billing and contract management.
- Develop robust relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create reports as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex accounting issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in corporate accounting or a related field.
- Proficient in Tamil and English Communication
- Strong understanding of client account management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Accounts software (EA) is required; knowledge of other ERP systems an asset.
- Excellent Escalation Management skills to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
