Service Delivery Manager, Operations and Service Delivery

Life Insurance BPO

This is a significant leadership position within Operations. The role requires an experienced Manager who possesses strong technical skills, outstanding energy and enthusiasm, has the ability to influence people at all levels of the organization, and has demonstrated the ability to execute large, cross-functional projects in a challenging environment and has led large teams.

Roles and responsibilities -

- 10 years plus experience of Lead Operations and Service delivery for projects within Insurance BPO specifically in Life and Annuities domain
- Understand Customer requirements and build teams performance and Process.
- Set actionable goals for the Team devise local, meaningful, and self-funding incentives which drive improved performance.
- Make all necessary day to day decisions which affect the Team and the work processed by the Team.
- Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
- Management of strategic projects within Operations
- Work closely with other strategic initiatives within business to ensure success of implementation in Operations.
- Ensure Compliance and controllership.
- Drive periodic process review meetings and drive actionable.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Build domain expertise through End-to-End Framework




- Be the 2nd point of escalation for the business in case of any issues.

Qualifications & Skills -

- 10+ years of experience in Operations and Service delivery with at least 5 years of Insurance (Life & Annuities)
- Should have excellent project management skills with ability to juggle with multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Should have excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Should be Self-starter, and Go-getter. Should have the ability to stay motivated and also motivate younger members in the team towards achieving team goals
- Ability to perform in a high-paced environment, ensuring all stakeholders are balanced and results are obtained.
- Should understand insurance domain / markets and should have the ability to present the capabilities / requirements simplistically to internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed people skills, Excellent research, and negotiation skills.
- Highly Organized, Strong desire to succeed and share success, result orientated individual with energy and commitment.

Key Requirements

- Insurance Life & Annuities domain knowledge and BPO experience (Must)
- MBA qualification (Preferred)

Excellent communication is must for both the role.
