Job Description:

Qualifications and experience:

- Proven experience in SAP ABAP HR framework, SAP ABAP with BIB development and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), with a focus on HR integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC HCM.

- Robust technical knowledge of middleware, API management and web services (SOAP/REST), plus data transformation techniques.

- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

- Experience of both agile and waterfall project methodologies.





- Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline; Masters degree preferred.

- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with SAP ECC HCM BIB, ABAP and CPI, ideally gained on HR and payroll projects.

- Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules and SAP HR/payroll processes is essential.

- Experience with ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, OpenText and DocuSign is desirable.

- Fluent English; Dutch language skills advantageous.
